Since it was founded, the company has dedicated itself to the research, development, production and commercialisation of innovative products in the diagnostic field specialising in gastroenterology. In 2004 the company developed the 13C-UBT (13C – Urea Breath Test) diagnosis system, proposing the range of infrared spectrometers to highly qualified hospitals and laboratories, designed for all specific work needs, easy to use, compact and equipped with all accessories.
In recent years the company has invested a great part of its earnings in research and development activities. The objective, shared with all our co-operators, is making these innovative instruments within the reach of our clients.
RICHEN MEDICAL SCIENCE holds almost 60% of market share in China, which makes it one of the most competitive companies in the field of the 13C-UBT in China and in the world.
In order to guarantee improvements in service and quality, RICHEN MEDICAL SCIENCE has introduced a management system which respects quality standard norms ISO9001 and ISO13485, authenticated and certified by CMD in China and TUV in Germany. As well as this, the majority of the company’s products are registered and authorised by SFDA and hold an EEC Safety Certificate.
In 2014, following its large development, RICHEN MEDICAL SCIENCE founded its Italian branch: RICHEN EUROPE S.R.L., reference branch for the European market.
